Due to limited ticket availability and the planning and pre-purchasing involved in running our events, we will be unable to offer refunds on any tickets for events within a 10 day timeframe from when the event is due to take place as standard.
If you are unable to attend an event but have purchased tickets, please do however let us know at your earliest convenience, and where possible we will try to re-sell your tickets, and refund you if we are able to fill your place. We often have a waiting list so this is sometimes, but not always, possible.
